Mayfield Primary Section Breakfast and Teatime Club
The Breakfast and Teatime Clubs are be run by friendly and caring staff and provide high quality wrap-around care where children can enjoy the benefits of play in a secure environment. Breakfast Club is based in the Main Hall with parents dropping off at the main Reception from 7.45am. Teatime Club is currently based in the Primary Library on the ground floor. Parents can access the site to pick up their children from Teatime Club via the main entrance.
The Teatime Club can be contacted on 02392 693432 ext 212 outside of school office hours.
Spaces in the Breakfast and Teatime Clubs are limited and early booking is advised. All bookings for Breakfast and Teatime Club are made through the Scopay online payment system and payments for sessions needs to made in advance.
We accept childcare vouchers for Breakfast and Teatime Club. Please email our Finance Manger, Steph Manns, on [email protected] if you want to use this option.
The new booking system will close at midnight on the day before the session as shown below:

As payments are now made in advance, we are not able to accept children into Breakfast and Teatime Club without advance bookings.
Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club aims to set children up for the day ahead. It runs from 7.45am till 8.30am term-time only and the children are offered a choice of fruit, cereal, toast and jam or brioche for their breakfast. Each session costs £4.75 per space.
Tea-time Club
The Tea-time Club provides a place for children to do their homework, play games or wind down after school. Teatime Club runs from 3.30pm or 4.30pm till 6.00pm and the children are offered a light tea such as sandwiches.
Children are escorted to the Teatime Club by our staff at the end of the School day at 3.30pm or the end of Extra-Curricular at 4.30pm.
There are two different pricing options for Teatime Club:
- Early Teatime Club sessions from 3.30 till 6.00pm will cost £9.25 per space
- Late Teatime Club sessions from 4.30 till 6.00pm will cost £8.25 per space
Late pick-ups after 6pm will incur a £10 fine.
Cancellations for Breakfast and Teatime Club
If you wish to cancel your booking, parents can request a refund via the Scopay system up until the time that the booking system for that day closes.
